The Director of Information Technology is a hands-on, leader/driver responsible for the strategy, planning and successful execution of all information technology goals, capabilities and initiatives that support CMB’s business goals and objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with business development, project management, analytics and marketing colleagues to engage with existing and potential clients, understand their primary research needs, craft quantitative and qualitative research solutions to address those needs, deliver superior client experiences, and ensure profitable business engagements.
The Project Manager works closely with the project team, business development, analytics and the client to turn business problems into researchable questions and translate research results into insightful business implications while anticipating client needs for ongoing and future engagements.
The Associate Market Researcher will work on project teams with other project staff to oversee project administration tasks. This role will assist with project management including vendor management, contribute to development of questionnaire drafts, participate in qualitative and secondary research, perform data analysis, and assisting with deliverables.
