Since joining CMB earlier this summer, Rich is making an impact through his strong business decision focus, collaborative leadership, and relentless focus around building CMB’s next generation of product and services.

Rich’s career spans 25+ years in various client- and supplier-side roles and industries, including Travel & Hospitality, Retail, Transportation, Government, and Media & Entertainment. Most recently, Rich served as COO at Integrated Insights, a management consulting firm, where he led all functional areas of the company – consumer insights, industrial engineering and revenue & pricing strategy. Rich was responsible for client engagements with a focus on new business feasibility and business optimization grounded in consumer insights and driving bottom line growth. Previously, Rich led the insights function at Walt Disney World, providing decision support to a broad set of businesses including the parks, lodging, transportation, retail, food and beverage, marketing, digital commerce and more. Rich had direct involvement in key studies related to pricing strategy, major capital decisions and segmentation and sizing at all of the Disney parks sites around the world and for Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club and Adventures by Disney.
