James has over a decade of expertise leading profit-generating projects through qualitative and quantitative research modeling, strategic planning, and high-end consulting services in the high-tech, energy, and hospitality industries. He has a strong practical and academic background in statistical methodologies, data management and project management. He has worked with clients including Netflix, Facebook, Intel, and Hilton Hotels and Resorts. James’ work experience prior to joining CMB includes Penn Schoen and Berland Associates as well as TNS Global.
James has a BA in Political Science, Economics and Public Policy from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, a Masters in Political Management from George Washington University, and completed his a PhD in Political Science from Temple University in 2018.
