Kate Zilla-Ba has been at CMB almost continually since 1996. Over this time she has led teams of researchers and excelled at guiding business leaders for the company’s most complex projects: helping clients strengthen their brands, relationships, products and services, and service delivery. Kate is exceptional at deciphering complexities and getting to the core insights that will inform client decisions. From key driver analytics, anticipating intricacies associated with lengthy questionnaires and multiple audiences, or collaborating to identify the key ideas for the learning plan during the final presentation, her strong results orientation and deep skills in the marketing sciences resonate for executives as they manage their businesses. Kate earned her MBA from the Olin Graduate School at Babson College and a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University.
