He has been instrumental in the building and managing of tracking programs across a range of sectors, and is passionate about tracking research being a useful input for brands to make smart decisions about strengthening its competitive positioning, and exceeding its profit goals.
Mark earned his B.S. from Babson College and received his M.B.A. from Northeastern University.
