SVP, Financial Services Practice Leader
Jim joined the Chadwick Martin Bailey team in 2006 as Practice Leader for CMB’s Financial Services team. He arrived from Bank of America having spent the prior eight years applying a variety of research techniques to drive business results in the Retail Banking, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management businesses.
Jim specializes in programs that yield actionable insights to front-line staff and strategic direction to senior management. He has considerable experience with Brand Health monitoring that reveals market perceptions, highlights leverageable brand strengths, and details the specific actions that can shore up perceived weaknesses. Jim also focuses on Segmentation programs among current (and potential) high value customers that foster improved marketing communications and greater brand/product development. Lastly, Jim’s extensive work employing the latest trade-off techniques and custom-built market simulators has enabled his clients to successfully launch dozens of new financial products over the past few years.
Jim earned both his B.S. and his M.B.A. from Babson College.
