Easy to Use Deliverables

Any project we conduct is only as valuable as your ability to act upon the findings when we’re done.  We recognize the importance of deliverables and have invested heavily in this area to make sure you get the answers you need in a form that is easily used throughout your organization.

Design Team

Our design staff, led by Betsy Herrick, works closely with our project teams to ensure that all of our reports are easy to read and understand.  That way you can confidently share the results with both researchers and non-researchers throughout your organization.

Online Reporting

We work with trusted partners to custom-build online reporting tools for tracking projects.  With these tools you can monitor the results as they come in and run basic reports or queries on your own.  That way you can provide faster service for your internal clients and build enthusiasm about using the findings on a regular basis.

Interactive Decision Tools

We develop custom Interactive Decision Tools (IDT) for much of our trade-off based work that sit on your desktop and allow you to run simulations on your own after the research has been completed.  That way the research has a longer shelf-life and you can weigh the cost/impact for specific business decisions on the fly.

Every single page of that final research report went to our key business leaders, and was used in the goal deployment process.  The report facilitated discussions on how to best utilize all of the findings to make better business decisions.
