Jen has over a decade of market research experience and acts as a subject matter expert and project consultant on various projects across teams, industries and sectors. She has strong knowledge of complex market research methodologies and how to apply them to unique situations.
She is a key contributor to CMB’s proprietary psychology-based methodologies, such as BrandFx, Fast & Slow Thinking and Habit Loops, helping to develop and execute this research across multiple clients and industries. She also has deep knowledge of how to execute research with kids, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Her key clients include Mattel, Disney, Citi and a Fortune 100 Technology company.
Jen graduated from Boston University School of Management with a BS in Business Administration (Marketing concentration).
