Jess joined CMB in 2022, bringing nearly two decades of rich experience conducting custom market research across the globe. She enjoys thinking “outside the box” and is adept at leading a team to bring the innovative solutions to life and deliver rich insights. Jess lives in the Carolinas with her husband, daughter, and a small zoo of rescue animals. She earned her MA in Anthropology from Western Michigan University, and her undergraduate degree from SUNY Geneseo.
