Jim Garrity has served as the CEO of CMB since 2017. Prior to his role as CEO, Jim led CMB’s Financial Services Practice for 15 years. As CEO, he has successfully navigated CMB through an acquisition, while creating a blueprint to help deepen and strengthen client relationships at every level of engagement. Jim’s leadership has positioned CMB as a trail blazer in market research, and the firm has grown considerably, earning the Top 50 research consultancy recognition. Jim sits on the boards of CMB and ITA Group, and is an active member of several charitable organizations, including Tech Goes Home and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Jim earned both his B.S. and his M.B.A. from Babson College.
