Mike is a Manager, Insights & Strategy Operations and has been with CMB since 2016. He has worked with such clients as Google, Synchrony Financial, Netflix, Mattel, USPS, Reebok, and Electronic Arts. He has a broad range of project experience, including market segmentation, customer satisfaction, new product development, and global brand health tracking. He is proficient in many areas of market research including questionnaire design, programming, field management, data analysis, and advanced analytics (e.g., choice modeling, key driver modeling, Van Westendorp analysis, perceptual mapping, etc.). Mike graduated from Boston University where he earned a B.Sc. in Communications.
