Olivia joined CMB in 2021 as a Senior Insights Associate. Prior to her role at CMB, she managed multiple research studies to deliver insights around needs, behaviors, and satisfaction—specifically within the financial services industry. Olivia is skilled in questionnaire development, both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and narrate a data-driven insights from the synthesized findings and secondary research.
She graduated with a B.S. in Luxury Brand Marketing and Management from Susquehanna University.
