Shira Smith is an Insights Director and has been with CMB since 2017. She has worked with a variety of clients including Synchrony Financial, American Express, Disney, and Netflix. Shira has a broad range of project experience, including brand health trackers, market segmentation, customer satisfaction, and product development. She is proficient in all aspects of custom research project management and execution including research design, programming, field management, data analysis, and business-focused reporting and presentations. Prior to joining CMB, Shira worked at American Student Assistance, where she conducted voice of the customer research. Shira earned her M.S. in Applied Communication Research from Boston University and her B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Tufts University.
