Jim brings three decades of strategic, client-centered, market strategy leadership to his role as CEO. Jim joined CMB in 2006, after eight years with Bank of America applying innovative research techniques to drive business results in the Retail Banking, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management businesses. Formerly SVP of CMB’s Financial Services practice, Jim has considerable expertise leading programs that yield actionable insights to front-line staff and strategic direction to senior management.
Leading clients rely on Jim for his considerable experience revealing market perceptions, highlighting leverageable brand strengths, and identifying the specific actions to shore up perceived weaknesses. Jim’s consultative approach and in-depth marketing science expertise enables executives to make critical decisions to adapt, innovate and grow their brands.
Jim earned both his B.S. and his M.B.A. from Babson College.
