Caitlin Dailey is an Account Manager and has been with CMB since 2010. She has worked with such clients as HSBC, Synchrony Financial, Hilton Worldwide, Royal Caribbean, Disney, Urban Decay Cosmetics, Avis/Budget, and Netflix. She has a broad range of project experience, including customer journey mapping, new product development, market segmentation, and global brand health tracking. She is proficient in all aspects of custom research project management and execution including research design, programming, fielding management, data analysis, advanced analytics (e.g., choice modeling, key driver modeling, perceptual mapping, etc.), and business-focused reporting and presentations. Caitlin graduated magna cum laude from Bentley University where she earned a B.S. in Marketing.
