Francesca joined CMB in 2018 as a Project Manager on the Tech, E-Commerce and Media team, and has since grown into the role of Insights Director. She has over eight years of market research experience, having worked on the supplier-side at Harris Interactive, Nielsen and Edelman Intelligence. Francesca has experience conducting research across a variety of industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail and Financial Services. She has expertise in both quantitative and qualitative custom research including brand tracking, online communities, segmentations, path-to-purchase and attitude and usage studies.
Francesca has a BS in Business Management and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
