A talented and detail-oriented Insights Director, Julia joined CMB in 2015. Since then, she has partnered with many Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and healthcare industries, including particular experience with Vanguard – having recently led two segmentation initiatives for different groups within the Vanguard organization – as well as Fidelity, and Citi, among others. Julia has a broad range of experience in designing custom research, including specific expertise in brand health tracking, customer journey, segmentation, and thought leadership to support PR efforts. Her attention to detail, strong quantitative focus, and effective storytelling skills allow her to deliver the key insights clients’ need.
Julia graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Psychology.
