Vanessa’s approach to qualitative research combines an innate love of human interaction and connection with consumer psychology. She has held past roles in innovation consulting, shopper marketing, multicultural marketing, and quantitative research that help her to both understand and solve for clients’ unique business challenges. Vanessa has utilized an array of in-person and digital research approaches for clients across the globe in retail, CPG, Financial Services, Utilities, Cannabis, Tourism, and Lottery & Gaming. Vanessa is a RIVA-trained moderator and graduated with highest distinction from the University of Southern California with a M.S. in Applied Psychology. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University and is improv-trained.
