“As a firm, we make a conscious effort to support organizations that are helping to provide support to others in times of grave difficulty as well as organizations that help to fight adversity,” said Jim Garrity, CEO of CMB.  “Our mission is to cultivate more sharing, growing, and enabling in our community.”

In partnership with the ITA Group Foundation, Inc, CMB continues to support the fair and just treatment of all people, and commits to organizations whose work is explicitly directed to the unique needs of Black Americans by addressing an array of priorities including human services, health & wellness, human rights, social systems, financial wellness & wage equity, and arts, culture, & community engagement. As part of CMB’s continued work towards racial equity, CMB commits at least 15% of its annual foundation for charitable giving to organizations whose missions are explicitly anti-racist and focused on issues that disproportionately impact Black Americans—a percentage that reflects the U.S. population.
