Courtnie has spent her career as a researcher helping clients make an impact at their organization. With over 20 years on both the client and vendor side, she enjoys figuring out the tough questions and complex business challenges. Courtnie’s strengths include advertising testing, online communities, and strategic consultation, and most of her career has focused on Financial Services with stints in healthcare, CPG, and automotive; Courtnie’s experience includes working with elite companies such as Chase, Fidelity, Vanguard, USAA, Progressive Insurance, TDAmeritrade, Toyota Financial Services, General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Molson Coors, Verizon, and PepsiCo.

When she isn’t working, she is usually traveling with her husband, being a loving dog mom to two rescues, and cheering on the Michigan State Spartans. She earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State and an MBA from Oakland University.

In addition to driving the sales of CMB’s products and services, Courtnie is an integral part of transforming how business feels through the partnership and collaboration across the ITA Group enterprise. The community of companies is comprised of CMB, Hartmann Studios, NKD, HTK, ITA Group, and International Travel Associates.
